Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for return authorization before sending items back.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless deemed to be a manufacturing defect.
Order Cancellations

If an order is canceled at any time during R&D, pre-production and or production, the customer is responsible for all Work In Progress (WIP) and material costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

Custom or private-label orders cannot be canceled once manufacturing has begun
