Limited Lifetime Warranty

INSTY-BIT stands behind the quality of our products. INSTY-BIT products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper use, alterations, modifications, improper maintenance, or damage resulting from use outside the product’s intended purpose.

If an INSTY-BIT product is determined to have failed due to a covered defect, INSTY-BIT will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product with the same or a comparable product.

To submit a warranty claim, contact warranty@insty-bit.com and include your name, proof of purchase (if available), a description of the issue, and photos of the product. Additional information may be requested to evaluate your claim.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Replacement products are covered for the remaining warranty period of the original product.

INSTY-BIT reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty coverage.
